I purchased diamonds on 9/11 at about 2 a.m.
1 day, 6 hours later - I still haven't received the diamonds I purchased in-game.

I sent multiple messages to support via email. Nada. Just an auto message saying they received my message.

How can I contact support to get them to release the diamonds I purchased? It's getting a bit frustrating. I've send the required bill of sale from Microsoft, even sent the credit card posting of the charge.

Any suggestions?
