We are a large guild with two chapters in Arvahall (Arvahall Melaleuca Knights) and (Arvahall Melaleuca Crusaders). A chapter in Brisgard (Brisgard Melaleuca Knights). A chapter in Cirgard (Cirgard Melaleuca Knights), and a chapter here in Dunarsund (Melaleuca Knights). Having a chapter of our guild in each world allows for every lord and lady of each world the opportunity to belong to our guild family.
Our experienced guild's Founder and President of the entire Melaleuca community, RIZZOB240, has an extensive kick-azz background in establishing guilds from the ground up and building them into successful chapters. His experience and art of diplomacy has been a strong influence in creating strong alliances and powerful, progressive guilds.
We encourage polishing and motivating daily , which we are proud to report a high rate of member participation.
We provide room for growth as a ranking system has been put into place for guild members to use their talents, gaining the opportunity to earn their way up the ranks.
We have implemented a fair trade ratio and have a friendly, but firm 'Big Brother' watch dog system to ensure fair trading (buying or selling) for each and every guild member.
We will also be implementing an awesome great building program to ensure every participating member receive forge points, over seen by our very own Architectural Engineer.
We have milestone recognitions daily, because we strongly believe the growth and achievement of each guild member is an important one.
In each of our programs we have a system of 'checks and balances' to create an environment of fairness fore very member.
We have a built in agreement that if any guild member has a need, all they need to do is ask and that need will be fulfilled. "Ask and you shall receive" is our motto.
It is at the discretion of each individual guild member to decide if they loot or not.
*Alliances
We seek to build alliances with honorable guilds, and our alliance family in all the worlds includes: Warriors Guild A, B, C and D
*As an alliance family we seek to include them in our daily motivation and polishing routine,
*We may even assist each other in 'friendly' attacks for pvp points only, but absolutely no 'looting'
*If there are relentless attacks from other guilds or players on our alliances, we band together to either first, find a peaceful diplomatic solution
*or join together and collectively wage a massive onslaught of retaliation war.
*Member Requirements: 3000pts or more
*Active player (flexible, as RL comes into play)
*No plundering allies
*Fair trade with guild mates
*Loyal guild mate (helping when and where you can)
*M/P daily (flexible, as RL comes into play)
