Never received my trade goods

I recently traded and didn't receive my goods. In fact, to add insult to injury, I was DEBITED the amount of goods I should have received. Recourse or should I just shrug my shoulders?

Maybe you mixed up which goods you were getting and which goods you were paying.

Shouldn't there be a record of what was sent and what was received? Frustrating!

“Offer” and “need” can be confusing terms, as they mean different things when you are making the trade and when you accept the trade. You will get used to it eventually.

a way INNO could reduce confusion would be to say “you give” and “you get” rather than “offer” and “need”

If you would have remembered, you could have created your own trade to cancel out the other trade.

How many times are you going to ask this? There are records in town hall of who picked up your trade offers. There are no records of trades you take.

Strikes me as odd that there are no records of trades I take is all.

If you open a support ticket they maybe to confirm that you did receive the goods.
