Sorry I missed it...Hoping the progressive era brings, if not a great building of such, that is a wind turbine as a great building, giving, maybe a bonus of decreasing the amount of time a soldier heals, and extra military personnel to whichever military building the player has, or a wind farm for a production building. Make it so the turbine spins, and instigate wind as a bonus to the player which depends on the players performance in the battlefield, and displays of honor, i.e. non pillage, and "support" of other players.
