Snowbelle is a Lead Forum Moderator, she reports to the Community Managers (Wedge, Panacea) who report to Inno.

She reports to the members of management (Wedge, Sgt. Bothari, Panacea). Managers report to Inno. For reference here is a list of the support/forum positions and who they report to.
