The new Statue of Castor for new cities is an odd addition. The values it adds seems worthless....21 happiness which can be doubled to 42 for 12 hours if polished...? I must be missing something here....

you have to buy him but thea you can get for free (yesterday I strated new city and got thea in 16 minutes after timer start (8h timer)
