Non-friend donating, spiking, my Arc

IronTiger216, of "wasted time" guild, who is not on my friend list, somehow managed to spike my Arc. This player is and has never been on my friend list as far as I can determine. If he's in any way associated with the moderators, he should be banned. I'd like his donation removed from my Arc.

How can a long term player like you not know that players in your neighborhood can snipe your GBs?

you need to be smart
1. have a good guild that can take your spot fast once you post it in the 1.9 or 1.95
2. only Prime 1-2 spots at a time
for me i post my Great Building in the 1.9 And Prime it a little after I post it leaving a less chance of getting snipped

If you invite sniping, it's gonna happen. And, yes, your hood can snipe you. Especially if you are in my hood. Curious about what a spike in my Arc would look like.

There are a lot of 180 Arcs in my world and 1.9 get sniped regularly. Fill your first two spots ONCE you have people ready to fill them and then only fill one at a time.
