Olympic treasury

I don't understand how to get this item. is it during the forgeball game?

To quote the announcement, "You can get the Olympic Treasury building (Level 1) and some upgrade kits from the quest line, as well as the Touchdown Reward. To upgrade the Olympic Treasury you will need the Olympic Treasury Upgrade Kit (

), and the higher its level, the more and better bonuses it gets. Once you upgrade the Olympic Treasury to level 10 it will provide you Defense Boost for your Attacking armies, Forge Points, Goods, Coins and Supplies."

i don't think why did it. i would keep an eye on when. what has been loitering around as well. and how. well how well how does affects why and where and when and who and also tells us other stuff. probably came from down south.
