Proposal
Only Moderators can do anything with New Profile Posts once it's first set by the Players.

Current System
Anyone can type anything as much as they want to, with no problems.
And it can be up there all day until a Moderator sees it.

Details
No reason to let players spam messages to others that can not be avoided with Ignore.

Abuse Prevention
This Proposal will prevent future abuse.

Conclusion
It's very obvious this is only going to be another problem in the future unless fixed.
