Why do I have 3 open tickets that are sitting there not being answered by Inno?

When I got my name change it took a couple days to get an answer @Pendragon63 and then it took over a day to be solved by the higher level of tech so be patient. Plinker is right, it takes time and there are several levels.And there are different levels of techs working on things. Some things have to be "passed up" to a higher level tech.
We (forum mods) deal only with the forum. Game play and such has to be dealt with by game support.The question is, are they worth answering? Could they have been answered here?
