[Question] Proper Propaganda - Story Quest Locked

I am near the end of the Colonia Era, attempting to complete the Story Quest - Princess Myciena "Proper Propaganda."

The requirements are to infiltrate 4 of the 6 sectors of Haulenois, but I have already conquered three of the sectors. After infiltrating the remaining three, there are no more sectors to infiltrate, and I cannot abort quest.

Suggestions?

Finish the quest and see what happens. It may automatically update itself to what you have completed.

But I don't see how to finish the quest. I need to infiltrate 4 sectors, but there are only three to infiltrate.

If you own the province that it is telling you to infiltrate and you CAN'T abort it then it should auto complete. Try refreshing and see if it completes for you. If not right click in the game (if you are on a PC) and contact support and see if they can help you if it's a bug.

Just infiltrate the rest and it should complete. That works when I have quests like that.
