QI Bug .. on rewards

Is anybody else not getting the reward for the Neo Bazaar when turning in the Incursion rewards. Im a newb but it says 1000 fragments and I dont have any. That would have been a useful building for me as im only 26 days old into this game. Yep Im late to the game.

What do you mean by "turning in"?

Any bazaar fragments you've collected should be in your inventory.

If you're on mobile they might only show up in the fragments tab. Most will either come from the Pass (where you have to collect them after you've passed the milestone) or the Shop (where you have to buy them in multiples of 10 fragments using your lunar coins).

There's also a few from round-end chests (of which there's 6 prizes distributed randomly and you only get the contents of the ones you open) and guild ranking if your guild is in the top 50 (which should auto-add to your inventory at the end of a round).

I've had no issues receiving them from any of the above sources.

Are you actually clicking on the claim buttons or just looking at them ? That's a vital step here.
