The Republic of Uceria is recruiting to help with member development and form a empire. RULES: 1: You cannot demand to get a right. 2: You cannot force anyone to trade with them or to assist them. 3: Do not message everyone unless its important. 4: Do NOT place a siege army without the right "Trusted+" if you don't have this you will just have to donate to treasury and let a member with or beyond it do it. 5: NEVER try to force to get a right. GVG: In this guild you will have to follow the Republic of Uceria GVG Regulations: Before you place a siege army you need to check you have Trusted right or above and check the guild treasury for the required goods. When you get the required goods for a army next you need to notify a online Republic of Uceria GVG HR your placing a siege army so they have notification to make a bigger attack on a sector. COMMUNICATION: Communication will be supported under Guild Chat and Messaging. The GC will be used to do general guild chat. Messaging is for one person in the guild to one other person in the guild. TRADE: The Republic of Uceria is going to have trade so follow these guidelines. You will need to make it fair. It must have a fair number and a offer pending to the number and value of the good. If you want to use guild trade click on the guild only box before you make the offer.
