Ah, the old clear your cache fix. 
I got quirky around that time yesterday, too. It cleared up later.

Addendum: I actually was unable to log on to any of the american server cities yesterday (Jan 7th) from 5 pm till 6 pm. I thought they were doing and upgrade but when I was able to get on, none of my guild mates had the problem. Um, I even emptied my cache. ...scratches head ...
