You have to leave the guild you are in to be able to join another guild. You can do this by 1) clicking on the gold global button, 2) then your guild button (first blue shield, second blue button), 3) click on the members tab, 4) find your name on the list by scrolling. The last button will look like a single outline icon of a person with a little X at the bottom left corner of the button. 5) Click on that to remove yourself from the guild. To accept an invitation you can either go to your town hall, and click on event history, and tab through until you find the invite, or you can go to that guild by searching the guild, left clicking on that guilds profile, and then checking the green check mark.
