[Question] Server Clock

After doing a thorough search on the forum and one on the Internet ... I still have no clue what is meant by "Server Clock" noted as #2 in the "Do not suggest list" in the proposal section. Apparently it is an unknown concept. Can one ban the unknown?

This really is a serious question.

Can any of the Inno folk or forum mods please define this phrase correctly?

Inno Games itself, via their help link, won't address the question.

I may be able to answer it. The server clock is the main clock for the server such as beta has a clock different than mine sane with the EN server. Hope that helps.

It's important because guild recalculation is at 8pm server time.

On EN this means 8pm UK time, on US this means 8pm New York time.

So for players in certain areas this can be undesirable and I assume they proposed a change to the system one too many times, so it was put on the list.
