Idea:
In a settlement, the Develop screen has a "Resource Overview", which tells you how much of a resource you need to unlock a new building. But the feature is most useful for the next building up because doesn't show the cumulative resources you need to unlock a particular building, and you cannot unlock out of order.

Have you checked the Ideas section for the same idea posted by someone else? Is this idea similar to one that has been previously suggested?
Did not find similar idea.

Reason:
The resource overview is very useful but for every building except the one next up, you have to do the math to figure out how many resources you need.

Details:
1) Enables users to see how many additional resources are needed to unlock a specific building from where the player currently is
2) The math is already done, so changing this to cumulative shouldn't be much work
3) Developers can consider a toggle to switch from the current view to the proposed view if the current view has value to other players (personally don't see value to keeping the current view)

Visual Aids:
none

Balance:
This idea won't cause any harm.

Abuse Prevention:
Do not see any possible way to abuse this.

Summary:
Allow users to see how many additional resources are needed to unlock a specific building from where the player currently is in their settlement progression.

You might not have found this in the Ideas section, but it has been part of the feedback on the settlements and as such it has already been forwarded to the devs.
