Sit-All Taverns

It seems the one button tavern visiting works to do that, but it did not register a single one of them toward the tavern visits requirement in my daily quest. Guess the only way to get it to register there was to visit the tavern using the old method. Now all of my available friends taverns have been sat in and I will not be able to complete the daily task. Thanks for that.

Sounds like a bug cause it worked for my quest.

You know with the Aid All button and now the Sit All button, it would be nice if Inno increased the amount of friends you can have on your friends list. I'm attached to a few external 1.9's and it would be nice to add more 1.9 friends.

It took longer than I thought for someone to ask for this in this thread. Even when a change is good, people are never satisfied.
In SASH the daily task is to aid 100 friends, but my guild can only hold 80. How am I supposed to do it twice like I was able to every age before if they don't increase the # to what they expect players to do?

The most I have ever seen in 6 years playing is 80 friends and you also have neighbors and guildmates that you can aid as well. It is usually an abortable task as well.

Does it actually say "100 Friends", or does it say "100 other players"? I'm betting the latter. If so, you can have up to 80 in a guild, 140 Friends and 80 or so neighbors. That is 300 potential aids. More than enough to do that task twice.

Its 100 players, but if you use auto aid then you can't mix and match friends and guild unless you also auto or manually aid your hood as well. Yes you can skip it, but I haven't gotten my dime reward from that and it did in the past encourage me to actually aid people for that task once a day. Now it just makes me mad and I don't aid anyone or just aid the friends and not the guild. No, I ain't manually aiding when FOE gives us an auto aid button. They knew what they were doing and that manually aiding wasn't happening anymore because its a pain. Plus, you realize you're asking someone to click 300 times per day for aiding? That's ridiculous.

Aging up shouldn't be a punishment, it should be easier or at least give better rewards. I'm complaining about the task requirement going up to an unreasonable amount in SASH. You just can't do it as easily as you could in SAT or any age before, and it shouldn't be that way. So they should increase the amount of people in the guild if they expect us to aid 100 people and give us the auto aid button.

Also a lot of people use MSAK's. The only quest I have heard of like this specifies motivate or polish. Is there a task that just says "aid"? or do you have to motivate or polish. And if so, does the task complete if there is nothing to aid?

Do the 140 friends first. Collect the reward. Scroll through the RQs to get to the "Motivate or Polish 100x" again. Aid your guild and then the neighborhood. If you time it right and have enough guildmates, completing this RQ 2X per day is easy.

Aid your hood is forbidden, those guys just get attacked especially when you have to win 50 fights and theres no gbg.

Then aid your friends, collect, then aid your guild. However many aids that leaves you short, aid the top players in the neighborhood one by one (you can do it!) until the quest is fulfilled again. Or, whine about unfairness, nobody here cares.

79 max from guild + 139 max from friends + 74 max from neighbors = 172 total possible aids. You're only counting guild (and you added aiding yourself....?). 100 for the task leaves you 72 to count towards the 2nd day's RQ, so what is the actual problem here? 3 days = 172*3 = 426 so you'd actually be able to accomplish 4+ RQs in only 3 days. I'm still failing to see this as a problem. (Drat the luck that we'd actually not be able to automate everything to make each individual player happy......)

Aside from the fact that you can have more than 74 neighbors and you can have 140 friends, not 139, math isn't your strong point, is it? 79+139+74=172?!? More like 292.
The total number of people on the friends is 140 and that includes yourself, so yes, it is 139 that you can aid. BUT I stand corrected on the total: it should have stated 292. (The only thing I can guess is that I entered one of the totals incorrectly on my calculator).

Having said that, the correct total of 292 only emphasizes my original point which is that the RQ can be used more than once per day, provided you combine your guild with all or part of one of the other groups. That number is subject to change as 2 of the 3 (friends and guildies) are subject to a much broader spectrum. As for the neighbors, you and I both know that it's rather rare for the neighborhood to have more than 75 people in it - counting yourself - and we both know the reasons why that might be "slightly" different, not exhorbitantly different as you seem to postulating. The most obvious ones are players in very low eras or ones in eras where players historically move through rather quickly such as TE.
79 max from guild + 139 max from friends + 74 max from neighbors = 172 total possible aids.
You completely glossed over this from the post you corrected.
You're only counting guild (and you added aiding yourself....?).
Glossed over this.

Do I really need to keep going through a blow-by-blow of just how correct my math was?

The bottom line is that you found one - ONE - actual mathematical error on my part and you want to throw my whole argument in the trash based on math. Ummm, I admitted I made a mistake but it's more of a "typo" than a mistake. I never mind admitting when I'm wrong but I sure do hate it when I have to defend something that's a mistake over intentionally trying to mislead someone which just happens to be something you accuse me of a LOT. Oh, yeesh. I keep forgetting that you're perfect and never make mistakes in ... anything.:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Incorrect. the total ls is 140 without you. You added in the list makes 141 total players shown in Friends list
I happen to know this because of that rotten "bug" or whatever it was last year when some worlds had probs w/the list maxing out at 80 (when we were still doing the invite X and accept X invites). And the 80 includes 'me,' so, no, you are incorrect. (I submitted a ticket on that issue and had word back from the devs that 80 included me -- so do you want to pick a fight with the people who work for the company who created that list!?!?) I have 140 on my friends list on my main and it never had that crazy buglet and guess what? There are 140 and I'm in there, too. The same is true on both the guild and neighborhood tabs.

See attachment below of my trouble ticket. That was before they went to the full list of 140 but the info I just stated above is pretty darned clear! So don't you tell me that I'm wrong when I have it from a community manager that I'm not wrong!!!

But I will say this - if smacking me around the block is what pleases y'all for mistrokes on a keyboard, hey, knock yourselves out! haha!! It just kills me that this is the best y'all can come up with: typos & verbose. Wheeee!!
You do that yourself all the time. Find some little error and tun it into a giant rant over and over again (just like your last post. turning a molehill into another mountain) .
Baloney. You see mountain and I just know that I type too much but that's not the same thing. I'm verbose but I'm not grandiose.
I suppose you really think it takes all those words to disagree with those statements?
If I were a technical writer, I'd agree with you. But for my style and preference of using full sentences, yes, it does take that many words. If you don't like what I write, then please, do scroll on.
No it does not, and your verbosity does not make you right either

You were wrong. why not just allow it with a yes I was incorrect.
Oh, please! Considering the person to whom I was speaking to, that's a laugh riot! NOT. I have replied to such corrections with the short and sweet "I stand corrected" only to walk into a plethora of miles-long replies -- most of which are bashing me on my verbosity and inability to accept correction. That's ludicrous. I think when you little groupies get together and decide it's Naitonal Bash Mor Day that you just go cross-eyed or something!! I can't win for losing so why should I truncate! Maybe if I write a lot y'all will just ignore me and go sell that mess to someone else.
instead of attempting to escalate it for no reason other than ego defensive crap! .
"Ego defensive crap." Is that in the DSM? It doesn't even make sense, even as slang.
You and Pericles and Johnny B. deserve each other LoL
Like you're not a part of the same club, Sir. Do I need to start calling you Mr. Pot now? LOL

If you have 140 on your friends tab (including you) then you have room for one more. It's time for one of your elusive "I stand corrected" posts.

Please show me from my post that you quoted where exactly I threw your "whole argument in the trash". I'll wait. I simply corrected your ONE math and TWO factual errors. Briefly and succinctly, which are two other things you're not strong in.
The total number of people on the friends is 140 and that includes yourself, so yes, it is 139 that you can aid.
It actually does not include yourself, and the attachment you shared from Support says nothing about you being included in the 140 number (or the 80 number, for that matter.)

You do realize that the very first line of that message from Support specifically states that they were telling you that it wasn't a bug, right? The friends list mechanic was working exactly as intended. Not to mention that the friends list was never restricted to 80 friends. It has been 140 since at least 2015 when I started playing. The number you could invite used to be restricted to 80 max, but you could always accept more friends up to the max of 140, not including yourself.
