[Question] Some hood mates not showing up in the neighborhood

I don't know why but some people are not showing up in my hood. For example, I have a player named "*Alona*" She has 8 million points and on the ranks it shows that she is in my hood. Is this a glitch? My top 10 hood mates:

Ranks aren't hoods if you are referring to the global rank system. that's simply where you stand rankings wise. It has nothing to do with who's in your hood.

This bug is multiple years old. Looks like she has not logged in for over a week so is inactive. She will show up on your hood list as soon as she becomes active again. You can attack her now though.

i got a better idear .............why not writing her so you will know when she gets active thru her own respond on the message you send.........................
