Spring Event 2020

Hello there
During this event I can only see upgrades for Pagoda (I have 2 for now) but not building itself. So my questions are, will this event brings us Pagoda building in some time or not and if not, is it worth it to collect upgrades and expect building itself in future?

Play the event obviously and it is intentional that the pagoda upgrade kits are easier to get than the pagoda itself I have 4 upgrade kits and no pagoda.
