Stacking winter train

Can you stack additional caboose? So if I stacked two dinner trains, would it double the bonus?

Yes. All the cars in the chain add to the total of the train. Here you can see the total output of my train. I have 6 Sleeping, 5 Dining, and 1 Freight car. You can see a picture of it here.
