This was my worst week with the ToR Relics.
20 Fp.
120 Fp.
25 Current goods.
That's it.
Two Silver and a gold.
End prize for level 3 was also 20 Fp.
However I did win these two prizes along the way.
So 140 Forge Points, some current goods and a couple of Premium-level prizes.
I won only three relics.
I can't think of anything bad to say.

My TOR is up to lvl 38 so that's a 26% chance of relics and I'm hoping that a week from now I'll be showing an increase in diamonds, gold, supplies, all goods, troops, some expedition buildings, and a couple gb lvls.

But feeling good and consistent.
I'm about a third of the way into level 3.
Bundled, noteworthy winnings from last time until now.
There's something I'd like to point out about the Mass Motivation Kit.
It's a feature that directs M/P where you need it, if you think about it.
You are below Enthusiastic and you need a lift.
Maybe before collections or combat.
You use the Mass Motivation Kit and that covers everything except Cultural buildings and Decos.
So when players visit your city for M/P, you get Cultural buildings and Decos aided by default.
Since those are the only items left that can take M/P.
And why do these guys walk on water?
But feeling good and consistent.

I think we've all seen enough Blue Prints, coins, supplies, etc, so I leave prizes like that out.
Two-thirds of the last level remains and I'm looking forward to the finish.

I am wondering if there is a problem with the most recent software updates, the last two weeks I have had five relics out of 109 encounters, which is quite difficult to do if the 13% chance on my TOR is actually in place, the chance of this happening is a few out of ten thousands. Know other people who have similarly scant relic rewards.

Well, 5/109 is fairly unlikely, like a 1% chance. So if a lot of people were seeing that it would likely signify a problem. But with thousands of people playing, its a sure thing that many will see that kind of performance or worse. So I think most likely you've just gotten unlucky, I'm afraid
But if true, that means you're just as likely to do really well in your next 100 encounters, so that is worth hoping for

I had been experiencing this for a few weeks before I actually started counting, so I have to believe that it is a systemic problem, not just a very highly unusual occurrence, especially so considering that my wife is experiencing the same thing. Put in a ticket, but of course, the standard form letter basically: "don't you love those quirky odds?"
I do not know how their systems work, almost certainly it is a number in a database somewhere, but on Mount Killmore, my Temple of Relics (curiously, that I had just upped to level three) which is supposedly at 13%, is putting out hardly any relics. My wife is also level three and experiencing the same phenomenon.
