The Resistance is a guerrilla warfare GvG movement. We resist GvG map stagnation, large guild complacency, and BOREDOM. We resist the traditional guild model of capturing and holding sectors to earn “prestige.” We resist taking a game too seriously.
For far too long now, larger guilds have been content to build their defenses to protect what sectors they already control while GvG opportunities for newer players and newer guilds virtually disappear. Those days are now over. The Resistance will cause chaos and shake up the GvG map by taking back sectors from larger guilds and opening up the map for the everyman to move in.
To achieve our aim we will use direct military action, sabotage, misdirection, spies, and coordinated action with other guilds. In other words, by any means necessary.
Our first mission is to cause havoc on the GvG map, while creating a cadre of skilled guerilla fighters. If you think you have what it takes to join The Resistance, apply and send a message to one of our founders. We will train you in GvG fighting if you are new to it. There will be plenty of action, and no boredom.
We are also accepting applications for farmers to support The Resistance. Farmers are very important, as their donations allow our movement to continue to fight the powers that be. If you want to help The Resistance farming goods, apply and send a message.
