I have only Thea on one world. Castor is for free on limited time after that you have to buy him, Thea is avaibible for free (silver version) and you have to get 5 sectors (in total more) in 8 hours (yesterday I startwd new city and got thea in 16 minutes. Best on she is it can't die (if she die he will be alive with 1 heal point)

Thea and Castor are 2 units that you can get if you start a new city. You cannot get them in an established world
