Hey there -
I submitted a ticket last Friday and so far it's had no response whatsoever, not even an acknowledgement that it was received. This seems very strange; in several years I've never had a ticket go more than two days without at least some form of response. I tried refreshing the ticket by adding an update but still nothing. Is there anything wrong with the ticketing system or perhaps could my ticket have gone missing somehow?
