That is a real bummer they have taken off the treasure hunt, it was something that added some goods & benefits with a bit of effort & if you wanted to collect you had to be online. I do believe this was not a good business move

I believe removing the treasure hunt was a BIG mistake! This was what kept me coming back to play. The daily quest is in no way a substitute as these are usually quite difficult and the rewards are small.
As a suggestion for improvement in the Friends Tavern add an option to cancel a choice i.e. if you misclick on something you don't want you could be stuck with it for 24 hrs or longer with no way out.
