Trouble with desk top access using Windows 10

Has anyone else had trouble trying to play on windows 10. Tried all that tech support suggested and still the wheel keeps spinning - yes new to FoE and enjoying myself

Sometimes the game goes through random bits where it takes a little longer to get in. Hopefully it passes soon!

I use 10, with the Chrome browser. Every so often I have to clear my browser cache and things get much better.

On my desktop with Windows 8 Firefox worked great.
Bought a new laptop with Windows 10 and had to switch to Chrome... works great...
But now if i try playing on my desktop with Windows 8/Firefox it is suddenly wonky.
It almost seems that Inno adapts the game interface to whatever device You use the most...
