It wasn't working. The flashing was caused by the announcement message, which functions mostly separate from the message center.

Should have recommended freezing himself.

On topic the message center glitch has really chilled out the game for me, 24/7 active guild and no notification for fp trades or battles, feels like on a vacation.

I like the new Truce Tower. The only problem is that the elevator is a bit silly looking - the world's most dangerous paternoster. I moves really, really fast and doesn't stop at any floors. You just have to jump on and off as it goes by. GO WILD!

So we used to have a building that spins dangerously fast, and now we have a building where the elevator is dangerously fast.
