Wanted players for guild, rebuilding our's and need active players

We are currently attempting to rebuild our guild. The previous admins went awol a year or more ago so we obtained adminship and are trying to build it back up to what it once was. how and what is a good way to do this? I'm sending out invites and such. thx for your input.
