[Question] What does Scientist Kita really performing in my crew and my ship productions in arctic harbour?

Arctic harbour, one of my crew named "Scientist Kita". She has the academic scholarship icon. Not understanding the benefit with respect to my crew and ship productions. Is there any approach to utilize her nicely to gain some advantage?

If you put her in your crew she ncreases all crew members' experience gain by the given percentage.

What is the maximum level of experience a crew member can get? Asking this question because, if there is no maximum, can use "Scientist Kita" very often otherwise can go with twins or triplets logic.

No idea. Highest I have is lvl 8. Seen that 10 is possible, but no idea afterthat.
