What is the maximum number of coins that can be held in the coin counter? Or supplies in the supplies counter?

I found one place where this was asked but no definite answer was given.

Perhaps, if you do not know, you could give the largest amount you have had.

Currently I have:
coins: 478.4k
supplies: 93,672​

There is no known limit - players currently have coins in the billions.

Correct, in F world I have 1.032.660.561 when I hover. When not hovering it shows 1 G

They used to have an integer limit (around 2.1 billion), but that was removed, so you can go way higher than that now (on beta I have 2.5 billion)

There's no limit. At least, not one that's been discovered/publicly announced.

There must be a limit, I guess... I doubt they are using arbitrary precision arithmetic. But it is evidently very high.
