Some guilds will create a thread for GBs that are level 0. In these guilds, the expectation is that the members of the guild, collectively, will help other members get their GBs 'out of the mud', or from level 0 to level 1.

In many (most?) guilds it is called "Stix2Brix" or some variation. A Great Building doesn't start producing its bonuses or applying its boosts until it is at level 1, and it needs a certain amount of Forge Points donated to it, either by the owner or his neighbors/friends/guild mates, before it reaches level 1. When it is first "constructed" it is at level zero. So most guilds will have a thread where a member may post any brand new GB in order for his/her guild mates to help get it "out of the mud" and to level 1 so it can be productive.
