What to do when Inno won't listen

Apparently you are unaware that you also receive 10 stars with the shuffle prize that essentially gives you a free spin. While it puts gained prizes back into the mix, it also puts gained prizes back into the mix. Lets say you have 200 stars and you're trying to get the diamonds prize...once you've found it, you can't get it a second time, unless you find a shuffle...this allows the prize you found that you want to be returned to the mix to potentially be found again...perhaps this should be called the "Let's confuse the contestant prize!" It is anything but the middle finger prize. I know someone who got four rogue hideouts by virtue of the shuffle...'nough said.
actually shuffle gives only 3 star unless you hit 2x first then you get 6 stars

This is a real rarity. I think it is more likely the shuffle to be found again and again before finding the main prize. Of course, I am sure it has happened the way you have said for some people who are really lucky or have managed for figure out how to find the main prize. Actually I have always quit after getting the main prize, so I have never even tested to see if I could get the prize twice. I have hit shuffle though a number of times before landing the main prize. If anything good comes up in the next coupld of days, I will use up my stars. After all, I heard the last 2 days the main prize will be the confectionary, which I am sure to be able to get a dozen times cause I don't want one. Is there a way to know if that is going to be the main prize the last 2 days or not?
I heard from my friend on Beta, after the diamond prize the big prize will be the confectionery for the rest of the event.

Actually it's the Reveal Two prize that gives +3 stars. Shuffle gives 10 stars.
um you may be correct...
Yep. So it goes.
it figures, because you have to buy, sell, get new building... sort of thing. So if you don't have a confectionary you can try to win one via the presents. And if you note you have to finish 52 one hour productions, no way will you be able to finish that in one day unless you have boocoo production buildings. THAT alone will take 2 or 3 days to complete.

January 1:

  • General Grivus: "In production buildings, finish 1-hour productions 52 times" and "Spend 20 Forge Points"
    Reward: 20 Stars
January 2:

  • General Grivus: "Build your biggest Confectionary or a build a Production Building from any age"
    Reward: 20 Stars
January 3:

I think this is a horrible thing to complain about. Would you go to a casino and then complain to when you put everything on black and red showed up 10 times in a row?

You choose to pay money or not. You choose to play a game of chance. If you lose money, that is your doing, not innos. It is not impossible to have the same thing show multiple times in a row, therefor, it is not a bug.
Yep, that's statistics, probability and random outcomes for ya. If those things didn't exist, there would be no lottery, gambling, etc...or at least, not for long.
