What's the best strategy for mining Promethium?

Mine it till you have a stock of 2000 and then stop. If you spend, mine again till you have 2000.

How do you pick crew members. ?

My productivity is declining

You pick the crew members that bring the most promethium and you repair your ship.

My Promethium mining is decreasing, my heath is dropping, my productivaty is falling....what am i doing wrong. I am floundering with my crew picks.

Click on the Arctic Harbor. You'll have two tabs. Harbor (select crew) and Ship. If you click on Ship you'll have a repair button. The gauge will tell you how many goods it costs to repair for the amount of damage sustained. (Pretty sure the bar on the right is how many of each good of that age)
