Anyone know - just started noticing it a couple of days ago only on FP packages on PC? Grey square & Arrow - doesn't appear to do anything when clicked on?

I have it as well. To me it looks like an empty text box. If you hover over other packs in inventory it will pop up a small gray box with text in it describing what the item is/does (the graphic of the box itself is the same; the box size varies depending on the length of the text). My guess is that box is supposed to say something like "Adds 2/5/10 Forge Points to the Forge Point Bar" and they just haven't written it in yet.
