You place it any place where your roads can make a difference.

Or you rearange first, cause your roads are all over the place.

Depends on what you have in inventory and whether or not you want to redesign your entire city.

But if you don’t want to change your city up that much, could put the expansion behind the LoA:

Then you can easily move the LoA onto the new expansion and continue the road where the LoA used to be.

You would have to do a little bit of moving stuff around so you aren’t wasting any space, but this would probably be the option that would require the least amount of city reconstruction because you most likely wouldn’t have to move any of your larger buildings.

There are definitely more efficient options available, but you would almost definitely have to redesign your city to achieve them.

EDIT: Just looked at your city again, noticed that you could do something very similar by placing the expansion next to the Colosseus or Cape and moving either one onto the expansion. This could be more efficient depending on what you have in inventory. You could also remove the sentenial outposts by the earth pagoda to carry a road through that space to a new expansion. It really depends on what you want to build though.
