For US Citizens, the Gubmint:
  • Collects our phone records
  • Collects our emails
  • Checks our Facebook, Twitter, and other accounts
  • Collects as much data about us as it can
For Immigrants, the Gubmint:
  • asks if they are a terrorist
  • refuses to check their PUBLIC social media sites because that might be considered offensive
  • has stated that they cannot check if they are part of a terrorist group
Yet the Gubmint wants to let in 10,000 of these crazies....does that make ANY sense?

It does seem that, for >some< reason, this particular Administration cares far more about non-citizens than it does (at least certain) citizens.
Non-citizens are not afforded any United States Constitutional rights or privileges. No one has any sort of legal right to come to this country. There is nothing inhuman, immoral or illegal about deciding who come here from where and how many.
Most people have no idea that the United States all but stopped taking immigrants from the mid 1920s until the mid 1960s because, prior to the 1920s, we had taken in many hundreds of thousands of immigrants from all over the world and it was decided those immigrants needed time to assimilate into the dominant American culture. For reasons of "diversity", we do not even insist on that any longer, seeing our Balkanization as being somehow a symbol of our strength.
