why are us. and en. two different forum/game servers?

Not necessarily a GAME question, but it does involve Forge of Empires. I apparently just realized that us.forgeofempires and en.forgeofempires are two different servers? Why? THat is very confusing because I'm on the phone trying to log in and locked myself out by mistake not realizing that I'm register on the US. server, not EN when both are in english. Does this mean if I want to comment on content on a forum in the EN server, I can make a whole new account there? Because I been trying to do so on my phone and it's been no luck. VEry confused about this

EN is International. It’s for any country that doesn’t have its own server

US is its own server

for some reason I actually tried, but it keep saying my name or password is incorrect. And I know it's not.

Did you make an account there? Remember that forum accounts are separate from game accounts, and specific to each server.

No account is made on the en side as far as I'm aware
