It has the largest odds of getting 10 FP. Don't worry about it though - keep trying and eventually you'll get some of the set pieces. More reliably though, you can win them from events. In the current event you can get the Spring Selection Kits (Cherry Garden) as a daily special, but I think they already showed up. You still have a chance of getting them from swapping your daily special though!
