My understanding is medal expansions are not limited by age, only diamond expansion are (There are exactly 2 diamond expansions available per age, and about, but not exactly, the same number of victory expansions). They seem to add a couple each time they open a new era, but there isn't a requirement to be that new era to get them. The expansions earn from the tech tree are of course limited by age, and the expansions from the campaign map limited by your advancement on the map, which is only roughly limited by age.

when they give pries you still must earn them!!
the rogue hideouts for example,
2 times it was a prize
i spent 70 stars each time 140 total. and still did not get one!!!
after all that i still got nothing!
so not like it showed up and they handed me the rogue hideout!!

bottom line prizes still must be earned!
like you did your land w/ medals!!
after some time medals will no longer be able to get you land...
congrats on your land!!

I have played this for longer than you...ie ARTIC AGE. So believe me when I say....You get two medal expansions per age....that is it...now if you don't use them they will stack, just as the diamond ones do until you get to the last one. Most people don't realize there is a limit because they just continue on the tech tree into the new age and thus they seemingly continue, but they are limited. Matter of fact, it several months between the future one and the artic medal expansion to be available and I wont get another medal expansion open up until the new Oceanic age is opened, if then even.... The 240,000 medal expansion was the last one until the new age becomes available. Which will most likely be over 300,000 medals.

THEY WILL NOT HAND OUT LAND FOR PRIZES it is their last item they offer that people will buy diamonds for and because of that and because they do not want people to move through the game to fast (server problems, lag problems, would need to create new ages much more rapidly etc) it will not happen. It would not be in INNO's best interest to do so.

Rogues are a military unit, they hand out as a prize. However you have to use diamonds to open up their training after the first 2...so there is a big difference between rogues and land...and that is the last I will say on the matter. Because if you wont accept the obvious I refuse to keep banging my head against the computer. Sometimes there is no talking to someone too stubborn to admit the obvious.

You can ask till you are blue in the face but it is not going to happen.

There is a limit to medals for land expansions, but it's so high up there, most never see it.
Especially some guy with a level 8 Colosseum who refuses to leave LMA.

There's more to the game than bullying your middle-age, iron age, and bronze age neighbors.
His Zeus is lvl 11, his CdM is lvl 6, his CoA is lvl 7.
And again his Colosseum is level 8.

This is a decent event if you know what you are doing.
Not as great as the Casino event, not as great as the Apple event.
But still, better than nothing because...

OK, last set of prizes coming later today.

How about a super saucy set of presents? No coins or supplies or individual troops! In addition to confectionary, how about HoF? I really want that ranged barracks. Super FP packs ala GE Relics? Premium housing and supply buildings! Lots of large medal packs! On command shuffle! And a PONY?

I WANT A FRIKKIN' PONY! No, not that pony, the good pony!

Of course I'm being greedy. Dammit it's my last shot at Christmas presents!

How hysterical would it be if EK16 got his wish and they gave away an expansion?

Lord Stevie and joseph setorius, I suggest you get together and come up with a new game rather than trying to change this game. While I find some of the ideas intriguing, it would just be too much work to change this game that much. It's too different of a concept and deserves it's own platform.

Thank you for your comments regarding the Winter Event.

I will take your suggestions and concerns to the game developers to consider for future events. I notice there was a great deal of discussion about Expansions as rewards. Expansions are a highly regulated area of the game. It is extremely unlikely an expansion will ever be given as a rewards or prize during an event.

Thank you for your input. We truly appreciate this.
