We could do a Treasure Hunt! It would probably involve the work of the moderators, but you could pick random threads throughout the forum to post a message such as

The Forum Moderators could change it so these messages do not show up under recently posted or when you search, so it makes finding them all the more difficult. I have seen some game forums with "Treasure Hunts" and they were well received and fun little activities.
