i think that's 2 moves, @CherryButterfly
removing "Y" from "gYrate" and adding anther "R" at the end "grateR"
only one move allowed
anyway lets not spoil the fun of the game.

greater (added one letter)

1 move, iust switched Y for R? But, we'll keep moving... Unless the changing letters AND
moving them around count as two... so maybe I misunderstood, though! I get it!!
so, greeter?? ( I mean, we went with Pyrate, hahaha!!):):)

greaser

[It was that or regrate: a Middle English form of regret, but I already got away with the 17th century ‘pyrate’, so went with obscure but still in the dictionary.]

Yeah those are 2 moves as per rules of this game. You either replace or rearrange not do both at once.

Was "greeter" supposed to be your next word? Please post the word in a single line before or after your comment; helps everyone. I ignored Pyrate (donno whether wrong or right; Google said it's old English; also I'm not good with English) because it didn't seem to break "one action at a time" rule.
