GBG and QI issues.

Is anyone else on mobile I.e. iPad or iPhone having trouble with getting into GBG and QI? It says trouble getting into GBG check internet connection. So I have no internet connection issues on my end. GE works and everything else. I did what support said but it didn’t work. I was in Qi on Wednesday. Now they’re saying to wait for the update. If I take off Wi-Fi on my phone it’ll work but I can’t play on my phone. Too small. any ideas would be helpful. TIA.

How much memory do you have left over. Then there is also RAM memory needs. Try deleting a few unneeded programs? or rebooting your device. If it has a "power saving' mode. try that to turn off some unneeded stuff.
