I'm sure this person meant algorithm, but is not a techi so used a generally known phrase that everyone else uses to describe the programs behavior. in so saying: An algorithm is a form of AI, however primitive/archaic it may be. Sometimes the algorithm can be ordered to simplify its equations in order to conserve system strength for other uses and this will sometimes cause these anomalies mentioned. It sometimes makes people feel targeted. or..... could be just dumb luck: but what do i no?
