Why don't Neo buildings benefit QI?

We get three different main city Neo buildings from QI but none of them actually benefit you in QI?

Seems like a rather odd choice that the only buildings that benefit you in QI are from GE and GBG.

I think they should. IF you look at it, the best things for QI boost being cultural settlements probably doesn't drive a lot of revenue. Players might spend a few diamonds here or there to speed up settlements but would take massive infusion to even get a full cultural settlement building in even a month. Don't see many doing that.
