I'm having the same problem, and I'm using Chrome. Up till last night HTML5 worked fine, but today it is VERY slow, and it works normally when I switch to flash.

The number of FP you have to spend is just ridiculous. Also far too many "acquire sectors". And I think 62 quests in 3 weeks is a bit much.
