Alcatraz with no barracks

This question was posed to me by a guildmate. I can't test it because I have a rogue camp. Does anyone know what would happen in traz if you have NO barracks or other military? Do you get nothing? Just one of those strange questions that pop up from time to time. Thanks.

You wouldn't be able to collect from the GB until you have a barracks up i think it gives you a prompt to make barracks.

Bit like having an observatory and HOF and not being part of a guild - you just can't collect.
