Lots of goods sellers restrict contributions on certain GB levels because they want to get 1.9 on the top 3 spots. If a buyer took a spot that the seller could have otherwise had taken for 1.9, then the seller isn’t making as many FPs, or actually could be losing FPs. The best mindset to have as a goods buyer is to expect to pay the full price and not get a reward in return at the expense of the seller.
