1.29 GB Contributions Confusion

There seems to be some confusion on the new GB contributions.

1. From what I understand it means if your in the Iron Age you can only contribute to GB from Iron Age and Bronze age. Anything from a higher tech tree is now blocked.

2. How will this effect GB you are currently donating from a higher tech? For instance can you finish that GB before being blocked? Do you still receive the BP

3. If you currently have a BP from a higher Age can you still buy the BP with diamonds and build the GB or will it be locked until you reach that age?

All you need to contribute to gbs is the Iron age tech architecture.

It does not matter what age it is.
I think it is fairly safe to assume that you will not lose bps from higher age gbs.

It seems to be designed to discourage boosting accounts. You can not donate to anyones gbs till you unlock architecture from iron age. Then you should be able to contribute like before.
