3 day ban.

Has anyone else experienced being locked out for 3 days for using a cheat program etc. WITHOUT ever having used or even known about this ??? It has happened on Beta twice now. At my end nothing has changed with regard to add-ons etc. Support's answer is to disable something I don't even have . The detection program seems to be faulty . I have checked for malware etc. at my end . Frustrated and angry . I have been on this site for 8 years . Anyone ?

First, this isn't Beta, so you'd be better taking it up there: https://forum.beta.forgeofempires.com

Second, do you have any extensions (regardless of whether they pertain to FoE) installed in your browser? It could be that one is collecting data from the game in the background, even if you aren't actively using it.
